These General Terms and Conditions exclusively apply to all business relations between a customer (customer or ‘you’ hereafter) and Atticus Printing, LLC (Atticus Printing, LLC, ‘Atticus’, ‘we’, ‘us’ hereafter) relating to products offered by Atticus and purchased by the customer through this website as defined below. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.

You can shop our product through our web store. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service for help.  All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the Police. Atticus Printing, LLC reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.

No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.

Atticus Printing, LLC holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our web store. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

Atticus Printing, LLC strives to provide products that look just like the artwork and or samples that you have approved or purchased through the web store. If the custom products you receive do not meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please notify Atticus Printing, LLC immediately regarding any shortages or misprints. All reprints or refunds need to be approved by Atticus. If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing or the product differs materially from what was approved, then we will replace all flawed or defective merchandise. We will work with you to determine whether the items shall be replaced or refunded. In the event that the delivered product does not conform with our quality guarantee, the customer is entitled to return the product to Atticus Printing, LLC, 159 N. Central Ave, Studio G Oviedo, FL 32765 which shall be at Atticus’s cost. After validation of the defect, we will proceed to provide either a full or partial refund or a replacement of the said product. Clients are responsible for proof reading and approval of the final artwork. Atticus Printing, LLC will not be responsible for typos, unmatched or mismatched colors, or overlooked errors. Please be mindful that once the product is completed, no more changes can be made. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

Atticus Printing, LLC is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, finished product size. We DO NOT make any changes on customer files without prior client consent. Artwork charges apply for contract printing if artwork is not screen print ready. Any necessary needed adjustments are subject to a minimum charge of $10.00 or $60.00 an hour for typesetting, vectorizing and creating print ready proofs. Any and all changes will be sent out for final approval before printing. Therefore, if the client approves any type of work (verbal, written, or by email) and the job has been turned in, sale is final. Returns are not valid if the client changes his or her mind, for that reason, the product must be paid in full.

If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, customer waives the right to mediation and Atticus Printing, LLC shall seek resolution through the courts. All sales are final since artwork approval is necessary before your custom job can be printed. All pre-press work including but not limited to screens, artwork, films and embroidery files are the sole property of Atticus Printing, LLC. The design is the property of the designer and cannot be reproduced in any way without the written permission of the owner. Although with most retail orders, we do not charge for our screen, for our contracting work, the screen charge is for Atticus to make and use the screen during the print job. It does not mean you purchased a screen.

Availability Of Products
Atticus does not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. If online store products become temporarily unavailable, Atticus shall promptly contact you by e-mail and hold your order until the product is back in stock, after which we will proceed to mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable, we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

We use, but are not limited to, UPS and USPS for our shipping needs. Please contact us if you would like to request a different carrier.
